He meant well when he helped me wash off the chemicals from the new clothes the other day while I was busy looking for some Orlando vacation packages online the other day. But unfortunately, he didn’t separate the colored clothes. As a result, one of my favorite Batik tops was dyed in the wash.
The moment hubby told me what happened, I rushed to rescue the top. Unfortunately, it’s a failed mission.
Instead of being mad, I went back to searching for more info related to Orlando, a top vacation destination known for its great weather and exciting attractions.
Need Another Pair Of New Shoes! August 31, 2010

In 15 minutes’ time, I will have to leave my house and go to the nearby market for a while. I need to buy another new pair of working shoes as the pair I bought two days ago is not suitable to be worn every day.
Hubby is against me wearing such high heel shoes to work as he fears that I will sprain my heels. Sigh, it’s only a pair of 3-inch platform shoes!
According to hubby, I think I can only wear this pair of platform shoes once a week.

The buyer deposited the money the next day after I made the prayer. I thanked God then and I still want to thank God now for the smooth auto-selling process.
This year’s Christmas celebration will be a less stressful one for hubby and me because the money allocated for car payment and auto service can now be saved for Christmas shopping.
I don’t have to worry whether I have sufficient money to buy white led christmas lights to brighten up the winter landscape or gifts for every family member any more.
What a financial relief!

Finally, I found a place where I can learn to make earrings, pendants and necklaces with beads for free at anytime I want! Not only can I learn bead making there, I can also buy all the Beading Tools, beading books, bead supplies and packaging materials that I need there.
With the convenience of bead learning and buying bead making kits and materials online, there is really no excuse for me to delay my dream of learning how to do beaded jewelry.
I hope it doesn’t take me long to come out with fine pieces of handmade bead earrings and necklaces for sale online.

Dear Lord Jesus, I am praying for smooth car selling process tomorrow.
May the buyer deposit the money into my auto loan account to settle the remaining outstanding balance tomorrow afternoon. Then, he gets our car soon and we get his soon.
Thank God for making selling car possible so that there is no more auto installment payment from next month onward. It’s a relief for hubby and me!
Still Do Not Dare To Drive! July 23, 2010
Posted by Vedis The Home Lover in : News & Updates , comments closedMy younger sister is mad that I haven’t started driving again. I am almost 40 years old and yet I still don’t dare to drive again. Sigh!
This sister of mine has promised to give her budget Garmin GPS to me once I start driving. However, it’s been more than a year since I promised to start driving again.
Anyway, I think she will eventually gift it to me. I know she has been thinking of buying a newer unit with more advanced features. 
Wow, this means the GPS unit she is going to buy should be quite expensive! You know, advanced models/features/functions always come at a price.
