Buy Clearance Sales From Online Stores January 21, 2009

My friends did check out some clearance deals at a Circuit City store nearby her place the other day. Unfortunately, she had to be home empty-handed.
Like most bargain hunters, she expected to see deep deep discounted home appliances and computer accessories. But she was disappointed that there were only 10% off deals.
She would rather buy the video card she wanted from her usual online store.
Clear Unwanted Junks & Spiderwebs January 18, 2009
Posted by Vedis The Home Lover in : House Cleaning Tips , comments closedHubby is going to the flea market tomorrow morning. I think he can drop by at a shopping center and buy me a bottle of mold killer after his flea market shopping spree.
As for me, I have to stay at home doing some cleaning job. It’s time to clear the unwanted junks and spiderwebs in the garage.
The more I want to get away from the dirty garage, the more guilty I feel. So the best solution is to just do it!
If 1549 Comes Out First Prize, Buy Bathroom Vanities For The Wife January 18, 2009

As expected, the lottery sales on the flight number 1549 soared throughout the country.
I saw the village folks at my place placed their bets crazily yesterday, so it’s not surprising that the number 1549 became so hot.
One of my buddies said if 1549 came out first prize this weekend or next weekend, he would buy his wife the bathroom vanities she had yearned for a long time.
Any Circuit City Store Closings Clearance Sales? January 18, 2009
Posted by Vedis The Home Lover in : Clearance Sales , comments closedI am sure by now you have heard about Circuit City store closings.
Is there any Circuit City store nearby your place? If so, were or are there any clearance sales held by the store?
I think it’s a good chance to buy deeply discounted appliances during clearance sales.
What I Read After Comparing Prices For Engagement Rings January 18, 2009
Posted by Vedis The Home Lover in : News & Updates , comments closedHow could people say such mean things about Sully the Hero Pilot and his wife!
You see, after I completed comparing prices for some engagement rings at an online jewelry store, I hopped over to Yahoo Buzz to watch some videos.
I came across the Sully the Hero Pilot’s wife video. As usual, I scrolled down and read the comment there.
A reader said how old Sully looked like while another said how ugly Lorrie Sullenberger was. Gosh!
Come & See Sully The Hero Pilot January 17, 2009

This is the guy, Sully the Hero Pilot. He is the hero who saved all lives in the US Airways flight 1549.
My working mama buddies and I had been talking so much about this American hero that I even skipped cleaning some indoor lighting this afternoon.
Some of them are so proud of him that their husbands start feeling jealous and wish them to switch topic.
It seems that the husbands have had enough of Sullenberger or Sully the Hero Pilot.
Give Me More Good News This 2009 New Year January 16, 2009
Posted by Vedis The Home Lover in : News & Updates , comments closedSome said a flock of geese caused the plane crash while others said a flock of seagulls caused the crash.
I just hope that there won’t be any plane cash again.
It’s really depressing to see so many bad news these past 2 weeks. John Travolta’s son’s death, US Airways plane crash, cerebral palsy claims, wars, store closings, looming recession, and the list goes on.
Give me more good news this year, God.
People Place Their Bets On 1549 & 9451 January 16, 2009
Posted by Vedis The Home Lover in : News & Updates , comments closedNow I understand why so many people in village placed their bets on 1549 and 9451 this afternoon. Apparently, there was a plane crash in the Hudson River.
A US Airways plane crashed into the Hudson River after having had a trouble taking off.
It’s fortunate that nobody died. All passengers are safe and sound.
Village folks are like this. Whenever there is a serious car accident, terrible air crash or horrible train crash, village folks love buying lottery tickets based on the number of dead people or number plates.
