If I am not mistaken, it’s one of the Outer Banks foreclosures that she had been eying for a while.
You should invest in rental properties if you have spare money in hand. I wish I had! 
Although there are many cheap properties for sale, there aren’t many buyers in this weakening economy.
And due to low competitiveness, you can take your own sweet time to choose and compare as many houses as you like or haggle for even lower prices.
