Can Exercise Cure Hemorrhoids?
This morning, hubby woke up very early and went for a 40-minute walk up and down the hill nearby our rented flat.
I was too lazy to wake up and join him because I stayed up late the night before. You know, it’s a torture for me to wake up early when I don’t have sufficient sleep.
Hubby has to exercise more than I do because he has hemorrhoids. To avoid paying for hemorrhoids treatment in future, he resorts to doing exercise more diligently.
Do you think doing exercise can help cure the hemorrhoids? I doubt.
