Another 15 minutes and I will go buy lunch for hubby. As for me, I feel like eating, but I am a little worried about my weight.

Well, it’s not that my weight has gone up. It’s just that it stays the same like last week. I am actually fine with it; it’s my slimming consultant that keeps nagging that my weight drops so little or none at all. Argh, … :-(

My hubby works out at some of the local gyms, and recently got into jogging. Some of the treadmills really beat up his forty-eight-year-old knees, while others were much easier on them.

I helped him check out some treadmill models at different online fitness stores, and found them to be nice and cushy, but the ones he liked were over $1,500. I would have loved to have given them my business, but I could not afford it.

After doing a lot of research, I decided to take a chance on the Nordic Track Treadmill at $1099.00. So far, after a couple of months, it has not disappointed my hubby. Hubby is not one to care about controls and fancy computer programs, he just needs comfort and some ability to control the speed.
