Praying To God July 27, 2010

Posted by Vedis The Home Lover in : Money Management , comments closed

Dear Lord Jesus, I am praying for smooth car selling process tomorrow.

May the buyer deposit the money into my auto loan account to settle the remaining outstanding balance tomorrow afternoon. Then, he gets our car soon and we get his soon.

Thank God for making selling car possible so that there is no more auto installment payment from next month onward. It’s a relief for hubby and me!

Never Lend Others Money July 8, 2010

Urgh, a man is standing outside my flat talking on his phone! He is talking so loud that I am beginning to feel annoyed.

What is he talking about over the phone? Of course it’s not about quick trim. :-)

It seems that he is urging someone to pay him back money. It’s been a few months since he lent his money to the person on the other side of the phone.

See? Don’t lend people money! It’s humiliating when you want to get your money back. It’s like you are the one who borrows money.

Thank God For Increasing Income Again! July 8, 2010

I thank God for increasing online income again. This means there is extra money for me to fix the leaking bathroom.

Honestly, I don’t know what I can do if there is no extra income this month. I have already dug out some money from my personal saving account to pay last month’s leaking toilet repair, so there isn’t much money left.

When Will Everything Be Sorted Out? July 2, 2010

I must admit that I haven’t been my own self these few days due to uncertainty in my online income and job confirmation.

Instead of doing my usual online work like finding the best diet pills or updating my niche blogs with news and reviews, I have been spending my time watching online TV series.

I know I can only focus on my online tasks again when everything is sorted out. But how long is it going to be? I don’t know.

Sometimes, You Just Have To Let Go Of Your Problems June 18, 2010

My mood is not as bad as it was a few days ago. I think it’s because I have let go of my problems to God. Let Him take care of my worries and problems. :-)

My Google AdSense still makes less than $5 a day and the leaking toilets still need $800 for repair, but I feel okay. I am back to doing my usual blog updates, googling Branson vacations or used car prices and writing product reviews.

Sometimes, you just have to let go of your worries/problems. Once you loosen up, things/problems tend to get better.

Ka-Ching! May 29, 2010

What a great Saturday morning! After I finished reading an acne product review, I logged onto my Google AdSense account. Ka-ching!

Yes, Ka-ching! My Google Adsense earnings is ready to be cashed out! Well, not today as it’s Saturday! It has to wait until Monday.

This coming Monday is going to be a busy day for me. After cashing out my AdSense earnings, I have to deposit June’s rental and the car and home loan installments.

The Vacant House Has Been Rented Out! May 13, 2010

I am so happy there is extra money to buy a computer memory and install a new air-conditioner for the tenants. Tenants?

Yes, tenants! You know, my house that has been vacant for years has finally been rented out!

It’s rented to some young people whom hubby and I have known for quite a while. Since we trust them, we are willing to rent the house to them for much lower rental price.

So long as they take care of the house, I don’t mind receiving lower rental every month.

Extra Money Left After Paying The Bills March 30, 2010

Phew, what a fright! I thought I lost some of the latest blog posts between the 17th and 26th. Apparently, it’s the cache page that I saw.

Since there is no problem here, I will update a bit and go look for a dehumidifier at an online store. It’s been a long time since I wanted to get one.

Hubby is fine with the purchase of a new dehumidifier because there is extra money left this month after paying the debt repayments, car and home loan installments and utility bills.

It seems that after buying a dehumidifier, there is still money left to pay back a friend.
