Gosh, I think my migraine headache is back again after it disappeared for a few years!
I have been observing if it’s a migraine headache or a normal headache. Guess what! It happened last week and it’s here now. My head is so painful now.
I think I should have the foot reflexology treatment every alternate day for a month.
