I have been observing if it’s a migraine headache or a normal headache. Guess what! It happened last week and it’s here now. My head is so painful now.
I think I should have the foot reflexology treatment every alternate day for a month.
Yes, I believe in foot reflexology very much. It healed my migraine headaches last time without any need of taking medical prescription.

Hubby was so considerate. He made a foot reflexology appointment for me this afternoon.
It’s his guess too that my migraine headache might have come back after so many years.
He was so worried that he missed two exit signs while driving to the foot reflexology center.
My headache subdued after an one hour’s foot treatment. However, for a long term headache relief, there is a need to have foot reflexology treatments twice a week, for a few months.

What are the causes of my migraine headache again? Stress, food, insufficient sleep and lacking in exercises are among the reasons.
What stopped my migraine headaches last time? Foot reflexology treatments. Twice a week foot reflexology treatments for a few months.
